In The Studio

I’ve been chewing through my power charges, cranking up
my IR receivers so I can work in the dark, cool confines of my studio.
I know lots of musicians have nicknames for their studios, like “The
Chateau” or “Joe’s Bedroom,” but I am a professional and a robot, so
my studio is simply called “01001001.”

Surprise New Disc

There must be some heavy cosmic ray activity in the atmosphere,
because my creative circuits are firing like crazy! It looks like I am going
to squeeze in an extra CD before the "sexy French" one I have planned.
The disc is still untitled, but it will feature 7 tracks of raw robo-funk.

T-Shirts!

While I, as a large android fashioned from high-quality titanium, have no use for clothing,
it is my understanding that you humans often wear t-shirts over your chests. These shirts frequently
sport slogans and logos on them.

Belated Happy New Year!

I hope all of you are enjoying this young year of 2010 so far. I know I am!
Cold weather is bad for my circuitry, so I have been bouncing around various exotic
locales where the winter is sunny and warm. Back when was just starting out as a rockstar
robot, I would have name dropped names and places (you would know all of them!), but my
agent recommends now that I just leave that to the tabloids and paparazzi. To avoid
      	over-exposure.

Another Review

My friends over at Performer Magazine have kindly listened to
and written a review of my debut album, Chansons, which is available
through CD Baby, iTunes, Amazon, and other fine musical retail outlets.

Free EP - Overclocked!

For my fans and new friends, I have released for free a four-song EP.
This mini-album features a brand new track called “Overclocked” that I think you might
like. Plus some other songs. You can download it my from media page:

The kind gentle-humans of Behind the Hype took the time listen to Chansons.
Then they wrote up something about it:

Chansons Available Pretty Much Everywhere Now

What a world that we live in that a humble speech synthesis robot
like myself can not only create a record using only the DSP chips he was built
with, but also have it distributed world-wide in both physical and digital
formats. Multiple digital formats, in fact. So you now have no excuse to not buy it.

If you are here, you are a music fan, and if you like music, you
might also like some of the same records I do. So I figured I could periodically
list of a few of my favorite records for you. I will try to list less obvious
choices...links lead to Wikipedia entry or other reference.

Album Available Any Day Now!

My debut album, Chansons, is currently being printed, duplicated, and
shrink-wrapped. The record is nine songs of robo-electronica. It is really like nothing
you’ve ever heard before. I am very happy with how it turned out, from the selection of
songs, production, song sequence, and even the packaging. I will let you know when it's
ready - you will for sure want to pick up a copy!

New Official Site

Welcome to my new site! Until now I relied on my MySpace page for my
web presence, but as a major recording artist, I of course deserve my own site,
designed to my specifications. I still use MySpace and Last.fm to stream my songs,
so go there to listen to my tunes. Feel free to be my friend on either of those
      sites!
